>To avoid neck and back injuries, flips are not allowed
>Adult supervision at all times
>No food or drink items, sharp objects, water, silly string inside bounce house. If, upon pick up, cleaning of above substances is required, a $75.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
>Do not move the unit from the place where it is installed. If unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location. CAUTION: Keep the unit away from swimming pools or any machinery that can generate heat.
>In the event of foul weather, make sure all children exit the bounce house safely, then deflate the bounce house by unplugging.
> RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.) Slusherzz reserves the right to cancel
reservation. If conditions are not too severe, Slusherzz will give the option of keeping the reservation or not. Once unit set-up no refunds.
>Release/Waiver/Hold Harmless
I the undersigned understand and acknowledge that play on an amusement device entail both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. I hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless Slusherzz from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. Should Slusherzz oe anyone acting on behalf of Slusherzz be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Slusherzz harmless for all such fees and costs. In the event I, the undersigned or any of my participants file a lawsuit againest Slusherzz, it is agreed to do so solely in the State of Indiana/Michigan. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. In consideration of being permitted by Slusherzz to use its equipment and facilities, the undersigned and it participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slusherzz from any and all claims which are brought by the undersigned and/or their participants and which are in any way connected with such use or participation.
A set of Rules and Direction are either displayed on the inflatable unit(s) or have been provide to the undersigned which I agree to follow and utilize at all times during operation and use of the unit(s)
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and ceritfy that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risk, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely and without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated.
Rental Pkg consists of the rental of a Bounce House, T-Ball, Fender Passport Sound System and/or Margarita/Slush Machine. Games and Concessions can be rented separately for and additional $20.00 fee. This includes delivery**, set-up, clean-up and pick-up.
